1. Introduction

Welcome to MirageVix. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You verify that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Usage & Credits

MirageVix operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased and used to generate AI content. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by law or at our sole discretion for failed generations.

Please note that AI generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that the generated output will meet your specific artistic expectations or be free of artifacts. Credits are deducted for the processing time, not the artistic merit of the result.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the original videos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating the requested AI output. We do not claim ownership of your generated assets.

4. Prohibited Content

You strictly agree not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MirageVix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
